Factors under ‘ability to execute’ included: Service, sales execution / pricing, market responsiveness and track record, marketing execution, customer experience and operations. Factors under ‘completeness of vision’ covered: Market understanding and business strategy encompassing sales, geography, offering (product), vertical / industry, marketing and innovation.
