WNS Realigns Transformation Capabilities; Appoints Head of Global Practice

NEW YORK, NY and MUMBAI, INDIA, May 26, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- WNS (Holdings) Limited (NYSE: WNS), a leading provider of global business process outsourcing (BPO) services, today announced the realignment of business transformation capabilities under Daniel L. Wollenberg as Senior Vice President and Head of WNS' Global Transformation Practice (GTP).

In order to better serve client needs, WNS is combining the firm's existing capabilities in technology-enabled solutions, process improvement and consulting (including Six Sigma), and program management into a unified Global Transformation Practice. Wollenberg, based out of the New York office, will lead a team of experienced professionals located around the world. The GTP team has been further strengthened by the reassignment of other senior WNS executives, including Sanjay Jain, former CIO; Anish Nanavaty, former CEO, WNS Research and Analytics Services; and Lyndon Rodriques, former Managing Director, Strategic Initiatives.

Mr. Wollenberg joins WNS from Huntington National Bank, where he held the position of Senior Vice President, Business Transformation. In this role, he led a number of enterprise transformation programs in areas including sales, customer care and shared services. He has more than 20 years of relevant experience and has previously held the position of Managing Director in the Global Business Transformation practice at Unisys Corporation.
